Molly Mondays is a mission-led self-expression brand that rejects being overly serious and creates conversation starting pieces that help people step outside their comfort zone. I developed the brand strategy and voice, then translated the mission into product lines, content, and campaigns. I launched limited drops, managed sourcing from screen-printing partners and overseas manufacturers, and oversaw production timelines. I also produced the short-form video and product photography that powered launches and social.
